Days of Cover
For Business Central partners

Your clients' planning settings were set at go-live. I keep them working.

Days of Cover runs inventory planning every week for your distribution and wholesale clients, starting with a 14-day Sprint to clear the excess their stale settings left behind. I don't sell licences, development or support, so I'm not competing with you for any of it.

What I do

  • A weekly planning desk: settings kept current, every item checked, and the BUY / HOLD / CLEAR / WATCH call on the ones that need it
  • A 14-day Cash Release Sprint to start, clearing the excess stale settings left behind
  • Corrected reordering policies, safety stock and reorder points, delivered as an import worksheet

What stays with you

  • Licences, development, support and upgrades
  • Loading and testing the corrected settings in Business Central, if you want the work
  • Your client relationship. I keep you informed on anything that touches the system.

The moments stock pain peaks.

Recently live
Three to twelve months after go-live, when the planning settings entered during implementation start producing suggestions nobody trusts.
Migrating
Moving from NAV or on-premises to Business Central online. Clear the dead stock before it's migrated.
Stocktake
May to July, before year-end write-downs, while there are still better options than writing it off.
Cash squeeze
A tight overdraft, a new facility or tougher supplier terms. The fastest cash in the business is usually sitting in the warehouse.

Referring partners share in the Sprint fee and the first six months of the Planning Desk. The one-page overview has the terms, plus a checklist you can send clients as-is: the five item card fields that decide whether Business Central planning works.

Let's talk.

A 20-minute chat, or the one-page overview first. Whichever suits you.
